SHIPPING COUNTRY

We provide shipping to most countries for your convenience. Your order will be packed with care and sent to the address you provide.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

 

SHIPPING COST

 Orders under $3,000 USD: Flat rate fee of $40 USD applies. This fee will be automatically calculated during checkout.

 Orders of $3,000 USD or above: Free shipping on all orders.

 

SHIPPING TIME

We work to ship in-stock orders within 15 business days after processing. Actual delivery times depend on your destination and our stockist locations.

Once shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that delivery estimates vary by service and location.

 

CUSTOMS DUTY

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. These additional costs are at the customer's expense.

Failure to pay these fees may cause delays or customs holds. If you refuse the package due to unpaid duties, you will be charged the return shipping fee to our store. Return fees vary by country. For delivery status, contact your local delivery service.

OTHER ISSUES

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at support@lucinejewellery.com promptly. We will work to resolve it. Orders not marked as delivered and not received within 60 days of shipment will be replaced at no extra cost.
