Return Policy
RETURN
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please request a return by emailing support@lucinejewellery.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number in the email title for faster service. Our team will assist you promptly.
・ For eligible returns, LUCINE will provide a convenient pre-paid return label. A flat return shipping fee of $40 USD will apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount during processing. The return period begins when the return is delivered or picked up.
・ Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
・ Sale items and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
・ Pierced earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
・ If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, email us at support@lucinejewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist with a duty-free exchange or refund. (*Warranty excludes damage from accidents, fire, flood, natural disasters, chemicals, sharp objects, stains, pet damage, misuse, normal wear & tear, or alterations by others.)
STEPS TO RETURN
1. Email us at support@lucinejewellery.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, item(s) name for refund, reason for return, and clear photos. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. The return window starts upon delivery/pickup
2. For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid return label.
3. Ship the item(s) back using the label. Once we receive them in the required condition, we will confirm via email and process your refund. A $40 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. We will inspect the returned item(s) and update you on the refund status. Refund processing takes 1-2 weeks. Once approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. If not received after 10 days, check with your bank or card issuer, as posting may take time.

EXCHANGE
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow our return process to send it back. Then, place a new order for the items you wish to exchange.
MODIFY ORDERS
To modify your order (e.g., change address, cancel, adjust items), contact us at support@lucinejewellery.com within 24 hours of placing it. Please note: we process orders quickly. Modifications or cancellations may not be possible once your order is being prepared for shipment.
